We offer full telephone support services, remote access and onsite support, or any combination of the three tailored to your individual requirements.
Adhoc Telephone support is also available to both Private and Business customers. Often this can be a lifeline to people that are being held back by an issue with their system or software. Hit F1 deal with many such calls and have developed many lasting customers on the strength of the service they have received.
This can be arranged without contract but does require payment to be made before support is given.
Our contract maintenance services give our clients affordable peace of mind for all of their system hardware and software configurations. Regular checking and maintenance ensure that systems are running at optimum levels. Preventative maintenance is the key to system reliability.
